GARDENING FOR SOCIAL WELLNESS

Are you seeking a vibrant community where you can cultivate both friendships and plants? Look no further! Our social gardening group invites you to join us for an enriching experience that fosters meaningful connections and green-thumb camaraderie.

Why join our gardening group?

In our gardening groups, led by a skilled horticultural therapist, we prioritize creating an inclusive environment for social interaction. Our garden beds are designed with accessibility in mind, accommodating individuals with varying levels of mobility so that all can actively engage, whether seated or standing. Adapted tools are readily available to facilitate participation, and activities are tailored to the preferences and needs of each participant, fostering a sense of belonging and camaraderie. No prior gardening experience is required—just a willingness to connect with others and explore.

Join us weekly at The Happy Seed Company's community gardens for a delightful gathering filled with social interactions, refreshments, and gentle guided horticultural activities. A nominal fee of $15 per person per session covers expenses, ensuring an enriching experience for all.
