Mental Health for Teens

Our nature-based social skills group is designed for kids in 1st-5th grade. Through hands-on activities like gardening, nature exploration, cooperative games, and creative outdoor projects, children build essential social-emotional skills in a supportive, natural setting. Guided by experienced therapists, kids learn teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation—all while connecting with nature and each other. Just like plants in a garden, friendships and confidence grow with care.
