Our Services

Branching Out is a transformative nature-based therapy program designed for teens struggling with their mental health. Our program fosters resilience, self-discovery, and emotional well-being through hands-on activities like therapeutic gardening, eco-art, mindfulness in nature, and outdoor skill-building. We believe that growth, like nature, takes time and care. Join us in cultivating strength, balance, and a renewed sense of purpose.
Mental Health for Teens

Our nature-based social skills group is designed for kids in 1st-5th grade. Through hands-on activities like gardening, nature exploration, cooperative games, and creative outdoor projects, children build essential social-emotional skills in a supportive, natural setting. Guided by experienced therapists, kids learn teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and emotional regulation—all while connecting with nature and each other. Just like plants in a garden, friendships and confidence grow with care.
Social Skills Group
